If you have employees who require part of their pay to go into one bank account and a different amount to another, PayHero can split the employee's pay between multiple bank accounts. This may be used in cases where an employee wants to deposit part of their pay into a savings account, or to make regular payments to a third party bank account, e.g. for union fees or debt repayment.

You can do this by creating a new Pay Item through the Manage > Pay Items > Payments screen and clicking the Green_Plus.png icon.

Enter a name for the Pay Item and click Save.

To add this Pay Item to an employee's regular pay, go to People > Employees, select the relevant employee and go into their Default Pay tab. Click the Green_Plus.png icon found under Payments at the bottom of the tab and select the new Pay Item.

Once added to an employee, you will have the following options:

Rate - Enter the amount to be paid each Pay Cycle into the dollar field at the top of the Pay Item.

Recipient - Name of the person receiving payment.

Account - Enter the bank account number of the recipient.

Particulars, Code & Reference - Complete as required.
